Oh how I love happy sellers

I recently became the second listing agent for a home and have just been amazed at how stunned these sellers are at what I do for them. I dont think of what I do as special or hard. I just love media, marketing, sales and customer relationship. Here is a recent email from the seller who is now in Italy and cannot be in the area to “watch” ove the home sale.

Cool. Just gonna say it one more time, we appreciate you so much. You are responsive and on top of the market. I can’t express to you how much it helps calm my nerves knowing that you are keeping up with the market and are knowledgeable about what is going on. This experience is night and day, the communication, the marketing, the awareness of the market…all of it. I can honestly say that I trust your judgment and I no longer have the concern that I know more about selling a house than the realtor, which is a HUGE relief for me. I know I say it a lot, and trust me I am not usually effusive with praise, but I am so glad to have you right now.

Alison was a complete pleasure to work with. She walked us through every step of the home-buying process and made it as smooth as possible.
